By creating an account or using CHAIOS Nexus ("CHAIOS", "the service", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
CHAIOS is currently offered as a beta product and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed, and data loss is possible. You should keep your own independent backups of any information you value (see section 5).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use CHAIOS.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create in CHAIOS. You can export a copy of your data at any time from Account → Data. Any local backups you create are stored on your own device or in a storage location you choose — CHAIOS does not keep or have access to those backup files, and you are solely responsible for them.
If you claim or manage a business listing, you confirm you are authorised to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate. Paid partner features are billed through our payment provider and are subject to the pricing shown at purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAIOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
